At Sibbald Training, our values are at the heart of everything we do, and each quarter we take time to recognise colleagues who truly bring those values to life.
We are delighted to announce our latest Quarterly Values Champions:
Chris, Instructor/Assessor – Quality Champion
Chris has been recognised for his consistently high standards and strong commitment to quality in his training delivery. He continues to receive excellent feedback from learners and colleagues alike and is always looking for ways to improve and refine his approach.
Dawn, Administrator – Trust Champion
Dawn has been recognised as a trusted and dependable support across the business. She consistently demonstrates reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude, making her a valued member of the team.
Both Chris and Dawn will receive a voucher of their choice as a thank you for their contributions, whether that’s towards a hotel stay, a restaurant experience, a food shop, or something else they enjoy.
In addition, Chris and Dawn will join the panel for next quarter’s voting, working alongside our Training & Compliance Manager to help select our next Values Champions.
Voting for the next round of Champions will open again in late June.
