Course Aims

This course outlines the dangers which can arise from work in proximity to underground services and the requirements for planning and implementing safe systems of work in order to reduce the risk. 

The course is in accordance with HSE HSG47 guidance Avoiding Danger from Underground Services.

This course is aimed at contractors, designers, planning supervisors and others concerned with planning, organising, supervising and conducting work near underground services - including utilities, roadworks, construction and demolition work.

Qualifications Obtained
