Modern Apprenticeship Funding in Plant Operations & Lifting Supervision
We’re proud to continue offering Modern Apprenticeships in Plant Operations and Supervising Lifting Operations, helping people aged 16 and over to work, learn, and earn while gaining an industry-recognised qualification.
Apprentices build valuable hands-on experience from day one, supported by structured training and assessment designed to meet industry standards.
What apprentices can expect:
- Industry-specific training – Red card novice training (CPCS or NPORS)
- SVQ competency assessment – Gain your Blue Competent Operator Card
- Core and meta skills development – Embedded throughout the training

- Forward Tipping Dumper
- Rear Tipping Dumper
- Telehandler
- Roto Telehandler
- Ride-on Roller
- Excavator 360 (above and below 10t)
- Agricultural Tractor
- Crane Supervisor
- GCO – General Construction Operatives – Concreting & Drainage
