Course Content
Module 13 is an advanced sampling training module. It is designed to give DOMS Practitioners who physically undertake sampling activities the practical knowledge and skills required to complete sampling procedures for potable water samples in compliance with the Water Supply (Water Quality) (Scotland) Regulations 2001. This module will ensure that practitioners who take samples can complete their sampling activities competently and have been trained to a sufficient standard. This training module will involve a practical assessment and observation of individuals taking samples during the training, which must be successfully completed prior to acceptance for registration with EUSR.
