Course Aims
This programme will give delegates a clear understanding of the key functions of a Site Manager – how to effectively plan and monitor work, manage teams, allocate resources, and the legalities and standards of the industry. It will also allow delegates to gain a recognised Construction VQ5 in Construction Site Management as well as a route to obtaining the CSCS Black Manager’s card.
This programme will allow Delegates to hone their skills as a site manager by including some techniques, tools and methods to utilise within their role.
Supportive group-learning environment will be available where delegates share knowledge and ideas at the in-person workshops.
Delegates will receive access to a library of resources.
