Our industry leading IPAF course provide delegates with the knowledge and practical skills to safely operate powered access equipment.

This IPAF Operator course with practical training session and assessment covers two powered access products - Mobile Vertical (3a) + Mobile Boom (3b)

Who Attends

Those who operate, supervise or manage the use of powered access equipment including scissor lifts (3a) and self-propelled boom lifts (3b).

Qualifications Obtained

Delegates successfully completing the course will receive an IPAF Certificate and Powered Access Licence (PAL) Card valid for 5 years.  

IPAF ePAL

IPAF have digitised PAL Cards with the new ePAL app, available to both new and existing operators. This replaces the need for paper and plastic documents and licenses with operators’ qualifications and experience easily recorded, stored and shared.

Operators can download the app for free to Apple iOS and Android devices and use it to view and access their digital PAL Cards, logbooks and IPAF safety guides.

We will be offering the following new IPAF Licence application options:

  • IPAF Digital PAL Card Licence Application (ePAL) - this will be the new default licence application and the cost is included in the price of the course
  • IPAF Physical PAL Card Licence Application (Printed PAL Card) – this will include ePAL with a printed PAL Card and Certificate. If required please contact us directly to obtain (at additional cost)

IPAF Harness training can be combined with this course as a blended package for £84.50 + VAT, with this pricing in addition to the standard IPAF 3A/3B pricing.

The IPAF harness awareness is completed prior to the training course as a 3-hour eLearning module along with completing the IPAF harness user pratical assessment (circa 20 minutes) as part of the IPAF 3A/3B course. Please note it is manditory to complete the IPAF harness awareness eLearning course before the pratical assessment can be completed.
