Course Aims
This practical two day course will provide the knowledge and skills to perform audits on ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 certified Business Management Systems.
We introduce trainees to the auditor skills and techniques required for carrying out effective internal audits. This culminates with the practical experience of conducting audits in our virtual paint factory, Perfect Paints.
Our skills-based training model ensures that trainees are provided with the skills and knowledge to become confident and successful auditors, whilst saving up to two thirds of training time and cost.
Who Attends
It is desirable that attendees have a good understanding of processes and a working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 standards before attending this course.
Course Content
By the end of this module, participants will be able to:
- List the roles and responsibilities of an internal auditor regarding maintenance and improvement of a QHSEMS
- Demonstrate how to plan, perform, and report an internal audit in accordance with the requirements of ISO 19011.
- Evaluate audit findings and write factual audit reports.
- Describe how to perform effective follow up of corrective actions.
