This course highlights potential hazards when working on site and provides practical advice on keeping yourself and your colleagues safe. It covers your individual and employer’s responsibilities, including what you can do if you think anyone’s health and safety is being put at risk.
The CITB Health and Safety Awareness course is for those who have entered, or are about to enter, the construction and civil engineering industry as a member of the workforce, to help them understand the potential hazards that they face at work on site.
This is a 1 day course.
Maximum attendees: 20 candidates
Upon successful completion candidates will receive a CITB Health and Safety Awareness digital certificate, valid for 5 years.
The minimum entry requirement is a good understanding of spoken and written English.
Any candidate under the age of 18 wishing to take one of the Site Safety Plus courses is required to have the consent of their parent or guardian. Please contact us directly for further information and to obtain a parental consent form.
Please note: On top of this course attendance a successful completion of a Health, Safety & Environmental test will be required to apply for a CSCS Labourers Green Card. You may wish to book this separately for the same day in order to gain all you require for a CSCS Labourers Green Card.
