Sibbald Ltd offers various construction NVQs through the On-site Assessment and Training Route to employers on a national basis.

Train to Gain is an opportunity for your business to develop bespoke training / assessment tailored to meet your needs. The focus is to provide a much more responsive service which identifies and solves your training / assessment needs. The advice is flexible and adaptable to your individual requirements and training / assessment is offered at a time and place to suit your business demands.

- Produce a Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
- Identify and match individual training needs.
- Agree a tailored training / assessment package.
- Find available funding.
- Ensure that training / assessment is delivered to meet your business needs.
Training is towards Level 2 National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) in a number of construction occupations.
What is the cost to your company?
There will be no cost to your company for the Train to Gain advice. Assessment towards the Level 2 NVQs is fully funded.
