The aim of the Harness Course is to provide candidates with the basic knowledge and skills involved in Safe Selection, Use and Inspection of Harness and Line to the IPAF (International Powered Access Federation) standard.
All candidates will be trained and tested by one of Sibbald's fully accredited, expert instructors.
Training and assessments can take place either at our purpose built training facility at Blackridge, West Lothian or on your own site.
The duration of the course is a Half day, this is based on 10 candidates and 1 instructor.
On successful completion of the IPAF assessment candidates will be issued with an IPAF certifcate.
It is our recommendation that all personnel required to select, use and inspect harnesses and line's complete this training and assessment.
We can accept ILA Scotland as part payment towards this training.
