The aim of the Vehicle Mounted Boom Course is to provide candidates with the basic knowledge and Practical skills involved in operating a Vehicle Mounted MEWP Boom to the IPAF (International Powered Access Federation) standard.
All candidates will be trained and tested by one of Sibbald's fully accredited, expert instructors.
Training and assessments can take place either at our purpose built training facility at Blackridge, West Lothian or on your own site.
The duration of the course is 1 day, this is based on 6 candidates experienced or novice, with 1 machine and 1 instructor.
On successful completion of the IPAF assessment candidates will be issued with an IPAF Operators card.
It is our recommendation that all personnel required to operate a Mobile Working Platform complete this training and assessment.
