The aim of the Manual Handling For Management Course is to provide the candidate with the knowledge and various practical skills required to assess the hazards that arise from manual handling.
All candidates will be trained and tested by one of Sibbald's fully accredited, expert instructors.
Training can take place either at our purpose built training facility in Blackridge, West Lothian or on your site.
The duration of the course is between ½ - 1 day training, depending on experience. Theory & Practical elements will be covered in this time.
On successful completion of this course candidates will be issued with a Sibbald accreditied ID Card, which is valid for 3 years.
It is our recommendation that all Managers or Supervisors who have a responsibility for carrying out Manual Handling Risk Assessments complete this course.
